<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a surface acoustic wave device, capable of improving deviation of a frequency between balanced signal terminals, in the device having a pair of balanced signal terminals and having a superior balancing degree. SOLUTION: The surface acoustic wave device 1 comprises at least one IDTs 5 to 7 and 10 to 12 formed in a surface acoustic wave propagating direction on a piezoelectric substrate 2, two balance signal terminals 16 and 17, and the reactance component added to one of the terminals 16 and 17, so as to compensate for the deviation of the frequency characteristics between the terminals 16 and 17.</p> |
