摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current detection circuit which enables highly accurate detection of a load current by restricting errors in detection values attributed to the layout of individual elements. SOLUTION: The current detection circuit 2 performs a feedback control of output voltages of sense transistors Trs and Trs' driven under the same conditions by voltage adjusting parts 22a and 22a' and a load drive transistor TRd to the same potential and detects a load current IL based on sense currents Is and Is' flowing through the sense transistors Trs and Trs' to be detected by current detection parts 22 and 22'. The current detection parts 22 and 22' and the voltage-adjusting parts 22a and 22a' are arranged at symmetrical positions centered at the load drive transistor TRd. A mean calculation circuit 3 is provided to calculate the means value of the sense currents Is and Is'. The load drive transistor TRd, the current detection parts 22 and 22', the voltage-adjusting parts 22a and 22a' and the mean calculation circuit 3 are formed as a resin-molded integral IC circuit.
