PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a tunnel circumferential directional joint structure, and improve joining strength against tunnel inside/outside directional dislocation force in a steel shell segment structure of a boltless joining system. SOLUTION: In a steel shell segment for performing the tunnel axis directional (inter-segment ring) connection of mutually opposing steel shell segments 1 by engagement via water stop packing (a seal material) 26 of a male side engaging member 35 and a female side engaging member 36 arranged in a web 13 of a steel shell side frame 5, a tunnel circumferential directional (segment) joint member in the steel shell segments 1 is composed of joint part plate-like steel materials 20 capable of contacting between mutually opposing members. The water stop packing 26 is installed in a packing sticking groove 24 formed in the joint part plate-like steel materials 20, and both joint part plate-like steel materials 20 are watertightly arranged via the water stop packing 26. An assembling time positioning guide and engaging recessed part 46 arranged on the joint part plate-like steel materials 20 engages with an engaging projecting part 47.
