PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden on a worker and to improve workability and the certainty of the work. SOLUTION: At least a vertically vibrating vibration contact-bonding body, e.g. a vibration plate having a vertically vibrating body 18, is used for the contact-bonding body of a floor material sticking device 12, and the vibration plate is arranged on the surface of a floor material 14 in face contact of a ground plane 10a at a prescribed contact-bonding load. The floor material is crimped and stuck to a floor substrate 16 by moving and sliding at least the vertically vibrating vibration plate 10 on the surface of the floor material 14.
