PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding tool capable of integrally, quickly and stably/ firmly binding a cross section of a reinforcing bar and a flat bar at one touch operation system. SOLUTION: One end cut off from one spring metal wire rod as a first short hooking arm 15 from the front to the flat bar 13 is extended to the vertical direction in approximately parallel with the reinforcing bar 11, a wrapping arch 17 to the back of the reinforcing bar 11 and a second long hooking arm 18 from the front to the flat bar 13 are continuously bent to form successively from the lower end thereof and, at the same time, a wrapping hook 20 to the back of the reinforcing bar 11 is continuously bent from the extended upper end of the second hooking arm 18 as the other end cut off from the spring metal wire rod.
