PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system using electronic mails capable of preventing creation of electronic mails with duplicated response even when the system is handled by plural persons in charge of support by using one electronic mail address as an electronic mail address for support. SOLUTION: In this user support system by electronic mails, a server 2 imparts serial numbers to the electronic mails from users, registers the electronic mails in a data base part 23 for management, a file part 24 for browse and a data base part 25 for retrieval by using the serial numbers and responds to browse requests, retrieval requests and creation requests of reply mails from terminals 3 of the persons in charge of support. The reply mails are transmitted by a reply mail transmitting part 3A, stored in a reply mail storage part 3B and the server 2 manages support states by updating the contents of the data base part 23 for management, the file part 24 for browse and the data base part 25 for retrieval.
