PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a printer to restrict printing by conditions such a budget, by which printing by a special case is admitted in the case of urgency and the printing by the exception is allowed on sufficiently managed conditions. SOLUTION: A printer server 1 is provided with a printing processing part 14 to control the printing of a printer, a LAN/WAN communication control part 11 to control a network, a request processing part 12 to discriminate a user terminal to make a printing request, a running cost information managing part 16 to manage a running cost of the printer according to the printing request, an access restriction processing part 15 to subtract printing charges from a user budget and to restrict the printing request when the budget runs short, an access restriction releasing means to release access restriction if an urgency request is made even when the access restriction is performed and a forced printing notifying means to notify the printing by release of the access restriction to a manager terminal corresponding to the user terminal when the printing is performed by releasing the restriction by the access restriction releasing means. |
