PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten charging time for a battery of a portable terminal device. SOLUTION: If a charging part 11 detects charging power from a charger 20 to a battery 12, a control part 18 confirms a set illumination mode for charging. As a result of confirmation, a lighting part 15 is turned on at charging, a lighting power supply control part 16 reduces power to the lighting part 15, detecting a current consumption of the lighting part 15. At the charging part 11, a normal last charging current added with a current consumption value from the lighting power supply control part 16, is set as the current indicating the end of charging when it is lit, up to which set value charging is continued. |
