PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test method that measures channel quality of a system where digital data are transmitted via a wireless channel and one unit can measure the quality of up-down links, respectively. SOLUTION: A wireless base station apparatus multiplexes a down data signal, a test signal and a test signal transmission request signal to allow a wireless device of a terminal to transmit an incoming channel test signal and transmits the multiplexed signal toward the wireless device connected to the terminal via the down link, the wireless device at the terminal demultiplexes the outgoing signal into the data signal and the test signal and detects a bit error of the test signal to make it as an error information bit, multiplexes an incoming data signal, a test signal generated by itself on the basis of the test signal transmission request signal and the error information bit and transmits the multiplexed signal toward the wireless base station apparatus via an up link, and the wireless base station device demultiplexes the up link signal into the data signal, the test signal and the error information bit to detect the bit error of the test signal and to recognize the communication quality of the up link and recognizes the communication quality of the down link from the error information bit.
