PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for injecting oxygen into boiler by which the dissolved oxygen concentration at the inlet of a boiler can be adjusted to a target concentration value with a high response and high efficiency even when the pressure in a deaerator fluctuates due to the load fluctuation of a plant. SOLUTION: At the time of controlling the injecting flow rate of an oxygen gas to a feed water system for boiler by connecting an oxygen gas injecting pipe 30 from an oxygen cylinder 7 to a feed water pipe 31 for boiler which supplies water to a boiler 6 at the outlet of a deaerator 1, the injecting flow rate of the oxygen gas is controlled in proportion to the supplying flow rate of the water and feedback correction is performed on the injecting flow rate of the gas based on the dissolved oxygen concentration at the inlet of the boiler 6. In addition, the injecting flow rate of the gas is corrected in advance based on the pressure in the deaerator 1.
