PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which can be mounted even at an inclined place such as the rear window or front window of an automobile. SOLUTION: A helical antenna which is substantially extended axially, in parallel with a main face 11a of a circuit board 11 equipped with a circuit element is used as an antenna element 12 to be mounted on the main face of the circuit board. A shield cover 13 is arranged at the back face side of the circuit board, so that the circuit element can be shielded. An output cable 14 is connected to the circuit element inside the shield cover and is pulled out of the shield cover. The circuit element includes a low noise amplifier circuit.
