PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable impression of magnetization voltages, having a difference of 30 degrees by mutually connecting induction coils, in carrying out magnetization of five or more pieces of induction coils, using a three phase power source. SOLUTION: The induction coils numbering twelve, located in a line along a direction of a roll axial center, are constituted divided into 4 groups, where a 1st group which is subjected to delta connection, magnetized by three phase voltages; a 2nd group connected in the star connection and arranged one by one in an adjoining position along the phase rotation direction of the induction coils of the 1st group; a 3rd group connected in delta connection with the magnetization being excited by phase-shifted voltages which are phase shifted by 180 degrees from the three phase voltage, and arranged successively in the adjoining position along the phase rotation direction of the induction coils of the 2nd group; and a 4th group connected in the star connection so that it is magnetized by the phase shift voltage and arranged successively in the adjoining position, along the phase rotation direction of the induction coils of the 3rd group. In addition, five or more induction coils can also be suitably arranged.
