PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out work of insertion terminals or the like to a joint plate. SOLUTION: A terminal insertion means 11 and 12 is arranged in a substrate section 10 of a equipment 150, and a plate holding means 8, by which the joint plate 22 is retained to under side of the substrate section. A terminal insertion means has a terminal guide for indexing the terminals to an accommodate position, and a terminal insertion punch which can move vertically freely, along with the terminal guide. The terminal guide is energized to the joint plate by an elastic component, and the terminal guide positions the terminals, and the terminals are pressed in into the joint plate from the terminal guide by the insertion punch. The plate holding means 8 is combined with a 180 deg. turning means 7, and the 180 deg. turning means 7 is combined with an XY transfer means 5. A printing means 13 is arranged in the substrate section 10, and the joint plate is transferred by a XY transfer means 5, and makes it print. A cutting means 14 with respect to projections for part number confirmation of the joint plate 22 is arranged to the substrate section 10, and the joint plate is transferred to the cutting means 14 with the XY means 5.
