PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce energy for air-conditioning the entire section in a room by thermally isolating the air-conditioning region of a section near a window and a living section while maintaining the uniformity in an indoor space. SOLUTION: The air-conditioning system is provided with a heat cut-off means 22 for thermal cut-off while maintaining the uniformity of a living space is provided with a gap at the side of a living room area 21 at the inner part of the inside R of the room from the section near the window of the inside R of the room where the window section 18 is located. A temperature-buffering area 20 is formed between the living room area 21 and the section near the window by the heat cut-off means 22. The air-conditioning temperature of the temperature-buffering area 20 is set to a range between the fresh air temperature and the air-conditioning temperature of the living room area 21. Also, a partition 23 is arranged at a boundary section B between the temperature- buffering area 20 and the living room area 21 as needed. |
