CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a service provider constructing a database by gathering the members to the member of mobile communication company, giving an incentive to a registering member and obtaining the information of customer for the sake of the incentive, the service provider transmitting a specific message to the customer registered in the database through the mobile communication terminal(s280), the customer responding to the service provider, a customer response server measuring a response time, sincerity and purchasing according to the user's response(s300-s360), providing a specific mileage to the customer according to the measuring result, and the customer confirming the activity contents and preferred item of customer through the customer's room provided from the service provider(s160).
