PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for calculating a premium rate of newly introduced insurance. SOLUTION: This premium rate deciding method for calculating a premium rate of the insurance comprises: an insured person age-specific death rate calculating step for previously finding an insured person death rate univocally decided on the basis of the age of the insured person for every age and storing the rates for the respective ages as an insured person death rate table; a premium rate calculating step for finding an age-specific premium rate for a newly insured person and storing the premium rates correlated with the respective ages as a premium rate table; and an outputting step for reading the premium rate stored in the premium rate table on the basis of the age of the insured person and outputting it.
