<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boosting circuit in which chip area is smaller than conventional one, use efficiency of area is superior, abnormality of a boosting waveform is hard to occur, and boosting speed is fast. SOLUTION: This circuit is formed by connecting in series and in a ring state plural rectifier elements Q1, Q2,..., connected in series between a first node and a second node, plural capacitors C1, C2,..., connected respectively to a connection point of the plural rectifier elements, and inversion means NAND, INV1, INV2,..., which reverse an input signal and output it, and the circuit is provided with an oscillation loop supplying an AC signal having the prescribed phase to plural capacitors.</p> |
