PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for vehicle distribution system for promoting and maintaining vehicle safe travel by timely rewriting a program written into an on-vehicle computer by communications. SOLUTION: The program in the on-vehicle computer for processing a numerical value or information about the travel safety of a vehicle is written in a rewritable memory, the on-vehicle computer is connected to vehicle mounting type communication equipment. The program can also be rewritten by communications from the outside of the vehicle.
