<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a compact and inexpensive power synthesis distributor or that can arbitrarily change the amplitude and phase of an output signal, even though it is low loss. SOLUTION: In a mother substrate 201, a metal plate 202 in the lowest layer, a perforated dielectric substrate 203 in a middle layer, and a dielectric substrate 204 where circuit wiring is formed in the highest layer, are laminated. At one end of a strip conductor 206b, an impedance variable element 210 is mounted. The hole of the middle layer is set to a cavity 208 where a metal pattern is formed on an internal wall, and upper and lower surfaces are closed by the metal plate 202 and the ground pattern of the dielectric substrate 204, respectively. The impedance variable element 210 is changed the appropriate impedance, thus arbitrarily controlling the phase and amplitude of the output signal.</p> |
