<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent useless use of a transmission band by preventing the wasteful retransmission of data which is not in the reproducing time at receiving side. SOLUTION: A server 100 stores only a packet, whose priority is high among the packets to be transmitted in a buffer 104 for retransmission, and extracts the retransmits the packet corresponding to the request for retransmission from a terminal device 200 from the stored packets. At this time, the server 100 calculates a round trip time RTT with the terminal device 200, and the terminal device 200 requests retransmission of a missing packet whose priority is high, only when the sum of the round trip time RTT, transmitted form the server 100 and the present time, is smaller than the reproducing time of the packet.</p> |
