PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for discharging seepage water facilitating reuse of waste paving materials without hindering the process of crushing the waste paving materials even if the member is mixed in the materials. SOLUTION: The member, for use in discharging seepage water from a pavement 13 when embedded in the pavement 13, includes a flexible, first perforated pipe portion 1 made from plastics, and a rigid, second perforated pipe portion 2 made from plastics and connected to the end of the first perforated pipe portion.
