PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive brush by which the electrified surface potential of a photoreceptor is made uniform in the case the brush is used as an electrifying brush, and capable of eliminating uneven electrification, and also, which is provided with a stable performance even in the case the brush is used for another purposes for transfer and cleaning, etc., in an electrophotographic image forming device, as for the conductive brush used for the electrophotographic image forming device. SOLUTION: A conductive fiber constituting the conductive brush is constituted of at least a core whose outer peripheral part is constituted of conductive component, and an outer layer constituted of non-conductive component, and the outer layer is provided with the nearly uniform thickness of <=5μm.
