PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an issue and management of coupon suitable for electronic commerce. SOLUTION: When a commodity to be read is designated from a client device 20, a coupon determination program 103b reads a rule hit to the commodity from a rule database 104d to accumulate a recommendation score of coupon. A coupon is specified according to the accumulated value of the recommendation score, and the coupon information is read from a coupon database 104c and is displayed on the client device 20, together with the commodity information. When a client puts the commodity in a cart, the selected coupon is put in the coupon purse of the client. |
