PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural heat utilizing hot water supply floor temperature regulator which does not need the operation of a heat pump utilizing the hot water warmed with solar heat as a heat source for heating. SOLUTION: This temperature regulator is provided with a solar heat collector, a hot water reservoir and supplier which has a built-in heat exchanger for exchanging heat between heat-collective medium heated with the solar heat collector and supplies hot water into a building, a heater which heats the heat collective medium sent out of that hot water reservoir and supplier, a floor heating panel which radiates heat while circulating the heat-collective medium in a built-in pipe, and a switch which switches a path where the heat collective medium circulates between them and a path where the heat collective medium circulates only between the solar heat collector and the hot water reservoir and the supplier without going through the heater and the floor heating panel, and this switch is controlled to switch both paths by changeover control means from the relation among the temperature of the heat collective medium within the solar heat collector, the temperature of the hot water within the hot water reservoir and supplier, the temperature of the heat collective medium at the outlet of the heat exchanger, and the temperature of the heat collective medium within the floor heating panel. |
