PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where delay times occur at the rise of the on- current of a D-MOS transistor of an output stage, even though a limiting resistor is connected between a Zener diode and a front stage MOS transistor, since the diode is heated due to the current, when the diode is connected between the gate and the drain of the D-MOS transistor. SOLUTION: The operation of the D-MOS transistor of an output stage circuit is started in a second front stage circuit, in which the limiting resistor is not connected to an output terminal so as not to delay starting of the operation. Thus, the D-MOS transistor of the output stage circuit is operated in the first front stage circuit in the normal operation state. |
