<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently process low-quality dust containing water much. SOLUTION: The system comprises a not shown pretreating means such as crushers for feeding combustibles (dust) 11 to a dust feeder 2, a gasifying furnace 3 for thermally cracking the combustibles (dewatered dust) 18 fed via the feeder 2, a melting furnace 4 for burning a combustible thermal pyrolysis gas produced by the gasifying furnace 3 with char, and a waste heat boiler 10 for recovering waste heat from the combustion gas in the melting furnace 4. A dewatering machine 1 is attached to the pretreating means.</p> |
