PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely support both toroidal transmission units without tilting even when an output disk common to both toroidal transmission units has an output gear fitted to the outer peripheral side thereof. SOLUTION: Radial bearings 39 and 40 are installed between both end inner peripheral parts of the output disk 37 common to both toroidal transmission units and a spindle 27, and positioning members 41 and 42 are disposed at both ends of the output disk 37 to limit the displacement of the output disk 37 in axial direction. Radial bearings 43 and 44 are installed between the positioning members 41 and 42 and the spindle 27, and thrust bearings 45 and 46 are installed between both end faces of the output disk 37 and the positioning members 41 and 42. Since the output disk 37 is supported on a transmission case through the positioning members 41 and 42, the support span of the output disk 37 is increased to increase the supporting rigidity thereof. Even if a moment to the output disk 37 by a component in a thrust direction during a transmission for taking out the rotation from a helical output gear 73 installed on the outer periphery of the output disk 37 is increased, the output disk 37 can be surely supported without being tilted.
