APPARATUS FOR REMOVING BUBBLES IN RESIN SOLUTION FOR ORGANIC COATED STEEL SHEET

PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing bubbles in a resin solution for an organic coated steel sheet is provided which removes the bubbles for reusing as a solution by popping up, thereby liquefying the bubbles with thin iron cores after sucking in bubbles excessively generated inside a circulation tank through suction fans. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing bubbles in a resin solution for an organic coated steel sheet comprises suction fans(17) which have four vanes and installed inside four suction pipes(16); iron cores or thin needles which are installed on shafts of the suction fans and the inner part of the suction pipes(16) so as to pop up sucked bubbles; a float(14) and a mount(15) which are connected and fixed to the suction pipes(16), wherein the inner part of the float(14) is processed to a rectangular shape so that the suction pipes(16) connected to the float(14) is rotated; a driven shaft(18) which is processed to a square shape so that it is rotated; a pinion gear(20-1) which is installed on a driving shaft(12) of an agitator; a pinion gear(20-2) which is mounted on the pinion gear(20-1) by means of a bearing of the upper plate part of a tank; a pinion gear(20-3) which is installed at the lower part of the pinion gear(20-2); and a pinion gear(20-4) which is mounted on a shaft fixed to the upper plate part of the tank by means of a bearing so that a pinion gear(20-5) of the driven shaft(18) is rotated reversely to the driving shaft(12) of the agitator.
