SOLUTION: In this method for producing the electrically conductive powder, a reducing solution containing hydrogenated boride or/and amine borane is added and mixed into a metal solution containing at least one kind of base metal powder selected from Ni powder, Cu powder and alloy powder essentially consisting of Ni or/and Cu and Ni salt to deposit, on the surface of the base metal powder, Ni-B alloy powder having an average particle diameter smaller than that of the base metal powder by <=50 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the base metal powder.
