<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for communicating information using sound, video, characters and the like. SOLUTION: The information communicating device is provided with input/ output means 15, 33, 18, 35 and 36 of sounds, video and characters and multiplexing/separating means 20 and 32 multiplexing and transmitting sound encoding data from the sound input/output means, or video-encoding data from the video input/output means or character encoding data of the character input means, separating received multiplex data into encoding data of sound, the video and the character and outputting them to the respective input/output means of sounds, video and characters. A control means 25 for instructing the stoppage and resumption of sounds, video and characters input/output is also arranged. When a stop/resumption instruction from the control means is received, the encoding of the instructed sounds, video and characters is stopped/resumed. A communication mode is multiplexed/separated by the multiplexing/separating means and is inputted/outputted to/from multiplex data.</p> |
