PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit video information on real-time basis to a terminal machine, and to improve the convenience of a portable terminal. SOLUTION: Video information from a photograph device 10 is edited in a video-editing terminal 31, and a title is given. The title is transmitted to a mail-managing server 32 and the title and video information to a video supply dealer server 33, after compilation has been terminated. In the mail-managing server 32, a video guide mail including the title is transmitted to a terminal machine 60. In the terminal machine 60, the title which the received video guide mail has is displayed immediately on a screen. The selected title is transmitted to the video supply vendor server 33 and video information, which the selected title shows is transmitted to the terminal machine 60 via a Web page server 34 and is displayed immediately on the screen.
