PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable collation device for a treatment confirmation system which can securely present the result of treatment confirmation to a user in an easy- to-see state and prevent a fatal miss resulting from the misreading of the result of the treatment confirmation. SOLUTION: This portable collation device for the treatment confirmation system is mounted on the body of a patient and is equipped with: a bar code reader that reads patient specification information specifying the patient out of a wrist band where the patient specification information is printed in the form of a bar code and reads collation information which can be collated with the patient specification information from an article or document which is printed in the form of a bar code and needed to treat the patient; a storage means which stores treatment instruction information from a doctor; a control part which collates the patient specification information and collation information read by the bar code reader while correlating them to the treatment instruction information; and a display means which displays the collation result to the user. Treatment information included in the treatment instruction information is listed and displayed by the display means, and treatment information having been collated is inverted and displayed. |
