SOLUTION: In an agent storage part 104, a user individual agent 502 and a menu agent 506 as a special agent are expanded. The former grasps personal information on a user and the latter retrieves and provides information of an individual special field. When the user makes a request, the user individual agent 502 notifies the special agent of the user's request instead of the user. The special agent provides service at the request. During a series of processes, the user individual agent 502 and special agent have a comic dialogue like a two-man comic act when necessary.</p> |
