<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer belt type image forming device where occurrence of a white stripe is prevented even in the case of using spherical toner, whose image quality is high and whose cost is low. SOLUTION: In this intermediate transfer belt type image forming device using the spherical toner, an intermediate transfer belt 2 has the surface resistivity of 1010Ω/(square) to 1013Ω/(square) and the volume resistivity of 107Ω.cm to 1013Ω.cm. Furthermore, the device is equipped with a destaticizing brush 6 destaticizing the belt 2 from the back surface side on a more upstream side than a metallic member 21 coming into contact with the back surface of the belt 2 and on the downstream side of a primary transfer part T1 on the moving path of the belt 2 leading to a secondary transfer part T2 from the primary transfer part T1.</p> |
