PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing/reading circuit of a magnetic disk capable of improving the SIN ratio of a read-out signal of a magnetic head, especially a MR head, GMR head, etc. SOLUTION: This writing/reading circuit of the magnetic disk is furnished with cores wound with two coils so that signals applied to two coils become opposite phases each other, and the reading circuit for receiving the read-out signal of the magnetic disk from the reading head in such a manner that a 1st input is connected to one terminal of the reading head through one of the above two coils and a 2nd input is connected to another terminal of the reading head through another one of the two coils, or the writing circuit such that particulars in the description for the above reading circuit are replaced, i.e., the reading head with writing head, the 1st input with 1st output and the 2nd input with 2nd output.
