PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail device which allows a receiving side to quickly open e-mail and to read its mail data and to deal with the e-mail after the arrival of the e-mail at the receiving side. SOLUTION: The e-mail consists of destination address data, transmission source data, text data and transmission condition setting data, this device comprises a mail transmitting part 106 with which the transmission condition setting data transmits the e-mail composed of forced display request information for requesting the receiving side to forcedly display the text data, a mail receiving part 110 for receiving the e-mail and a mail displaying part 113 for setting the display condition of the mail received by the mail receiving part and displaying the received e-mail on the basis of the display condition, and the mail displaying part is further provided with a means for deciding the acceptance/rejection of receiving of the forced display information and displays the received mail only when the forced display request information is accepted.
