The invention discloses a new kind of polypeptide-HOMO cytokine signal inhibitory factor SOCS-5-29 and polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing said polypeptide by DNA recombinant methods. It also discloses the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of diseases, such as infection, cancer hemopathy and immune disease. Antagonist and the therapeutic use of the polypeptide is also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said HOMO cytokine signal inhibitory factor SOCS-5-29. |
