<p>A method of manufacturing an electrolyzer unit capable of facilitating the detection of a weld defect and increasing an efficiency in manufacturing the electrolyzer unit, comprising the steps of disposing a partition material on the front surface of a negative pan and welding the upper end side and left end side thereof to form an air-liquid separating chamber, performing the previous operation in the same manner also on the positive pan side, disposing a negative rib on the front surface of the negative pan and a clad plate on the rear surface thereof at the corresponding positions thereof, welding the negative rib and the clad plate, stacking the rear surface of the positive pan on the rear surface of the negative pan, and disposing the positive rib on the front surface of the negative pan at a position corresponding to the clad plate, performing the previous operation in the same manner also on the positive pan side, and filling frame material in a space formed between the flange part of the negative pan and the flange part of the positive pan.</p> |
