Device for transporting and applying a fibrin adhesive to an application site comprises a housing case (10) with the fibrin adhesive arranged on one end (11), at least one abutment (18) at the other end, and a plunger (20) which moves in a sliding seat in the housing case and has a front for holding the adhesive and at least one stop (27) at a distance from the front. The housing case and plunger are arranged so that when the stop rests against the abutment the front of the plunger with the adhesive is directed at least in alignment toward the end of the housing case.
