PURPOSE: A method of transferring signal messages of an MTP(Message Transfer Part) at high speed is provided to simplify signal message processing steps while signal messages of an MTP user part are routed to a signaling network from the MTP, to increase the number of transferring times of the signal messages as processing the signal messages at high speed, so as to enhance a No. 7 signal message processing capacity. CONSTITUTION: An MTP user part transmits an MTP access transfer request primitive to an MTP after registering an access key, and the MTP receives the primitive(S501). The MTP collects access key information from the primitive(S502). The MTP decides whether the access key is correct by retrieving an access key table(S503). If a routing is unavailable because the access key is not correct, the MTP abandons a signal message(S505). If the routing is available, the MTP routs the signal message to a signaling network(S504). The MTP returns to the step "S501" of waiting for a new MTP access transfer request primitive.
