PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for forming interior parts of a vehicle are provided to reduce the cost and to improve the productivity by fabricating the interior parts with adopting advantages of a low-pressure injection molding and a high-pressure injection molding. CONSTITUTION: A stepped portion(B) has a thickness thicker than a thickness of a plain portion(A) by a thickness(t) of a skin stuff(20). Then, open/fixing molds(30,40) are cooled such that surfaces of the molds are maintained at the pre-set temperature. After that, the open mold(30) is opened so as to primarily release the high-pressurized injection molding pressure. Then, the skin stuff(20) is inputted onto a stuff(10) of the fixing mold(40). After closing the open mold(30), the secondary pressure is applied so that injection material filled in the stuff(10) is moved to the plain portion(A) and is adhered to the skin stuff(20). Then, the secondary cooling process is carried out so as to allow the surfaces of the molds to maintain the setting temperature. After that, the secondary press-pressure is released thereby completely maturing the stuff(10).
