The method includes the acts of determining the presence of at least one homogeneously colored region (620); determining whether an eye image surrounds the at least one homogeneously colored circular region (630, 410, 420, 430, 440, 450); and replacing the color of the at least single colored circular region with the color of a region that immediately surrounds the at least one homogeneously colored circular region (640).
