WOODEN FLOORING BOARD WITH PRE-ATTACHED JOISTS/BATTENS/SCREEDS

Manufacture of a Wooden flooring board with Pre-attached as a cheaper and more efficient alternative to any other type of wooden flooring board. The joists are pre-attached at pre-determined intervals to the lower surface of the board perpendicular to the length of the board. A compressible material is pre-attached to the bottom surface of the joist. Among the advantages of may invention are: a) elimination of the need for leveling the base floor; 2) elimination of the need for laying a new sub floor or a joist underlay; 3) elimination of the need for laying a sound barrier; 4) permanently prevents cupping of wooden flooring board; restricts contraction and expansion of wooden flooring board; reduces the cost, time and labour involved in installation of wooden flooring board; 7) achieves an enhanced aesthetic appearance of installed wooden flooring board especially of width greater than 3 inch.
