VECTOR FOR INTRODUCING SURFACE PROTEIN OF HUMAN IMMUNE DEFICIENCY VIRUS(HIV) 1 TYPE

PURPOSE: Provided is a vector for introducing surface protein of human immune deficiency virus(HIV) 1 type, therefore, HIV pseudotype virus is easily manufactured to detect anti HIV activity and it can be widely used in vivo and in vitro. CONSTITUTION: The vector is characterized in that ClaI sequence is inserted between the sequence of KpnI restriction site commonly existing in all HIV env gene and transmembrane, and the stop codon of a 144 amino acids cleavage signal. The surface protein of HIV 1 type can be expressed by amplifying the sequence between KpnI and ClaI by PCR and inserting the amplified sequence into the vector.
