An isolated human dendritic cell wall membrane having the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 which shows a remarkable increase in the expression with the maturation of human dendritic cells (DC); its variant; DNA encoding the same; and a method of separating or detecting dendritic cells by using the above membrane molecule or its variant.
