<p>An electromagnet (20) and ultrasonic vibrators (1, 2) are respectively driven to apply an orientation magnetic field to fine powder of rare earth magnetic alloy (magnetic powder (M)) after the magnetic powder (M) is filled in a press die (10), the magnetic powder (M) is compressed and consolidated by lowering an upper-side punch (12) while ultrasonic vibration is applied to the powder (M) via an outer die (11) to thereby allow the powder (M) to easily move and improve orientation due to reduced powder-to-powder (M) friction, and ultrasonic vibrators (1, 2) are driven to remove the consolidated power (M) (green compact) from the die while being vibrated, thereby preventing friction that would be produced at removing between the press die (10) and the green compact and disturbance in orientation at removing.</p> |
