Baseband processing means needed for a base station device of a mobile communication system of code division multiple connection (CDMA) communication is provided with a channel decoding function and a channel coding function integrally, thereby dispensing with bus means requiring a large number of signals for multiplexing upstream baseband signal transferred from a mobile device to the base station device by line concentration and radio channel status information.
