The turbine rotor has a hub body (1) fitted with rotor blades (2) and provided by an outer carrier ring (3) with axial profile grooves and an inner part (10), which are locked together to prevent relative rotation. The hub body has at least one intermediate plate (5) inserted between the outer carrier ring and each rotor blade and attached to the outer carrier ring via counter-profiles on its inside fitting into the axial profile grooves.
