<p>An optical disk, comprising a transparent synthetic resin disk substrate (1) having a center hole for chucking (5) and forming a clamping area (6) around the center hole (5) and an extensible or an inextensible film for label print surface formation (10) disposed on the upper surface of the disk substrate (1) so as to close the center hole for chucking (5), wherein, when the film (10) is extensible, at least the area (10a) of the film corresponding to the center hole for chucking is extended and retracted as a disk chuck (84) for chucking the optical disk is inserted into and extracted from the center hole for chucking (5) and, when the film (10) is inextensible, a cutout (8) is formed in the area of the film corresponding to the center hole for chucking (5), and the cutout is opened and closed as the disk chuck (84) for chucking the optical disk is inserted into and extracted from the center hole for chucking (5).</p> |
