PURPOSE: Internet connection service system and method is provided to connect the Internet at public places such as airports, bus terminals and conference centers using mobile terminals, that users can do their work with. CONSTITUTION: When a user connects a mobile terminal with a connection device, Internet connection service system let the terminal get Internet connection(S301). The connection device consists of first communication part to connect communication network for a mobile terminal, second communication part for the connection device, storage part for device driver, LCD, output part, and control part. When connection is done, the control part sends billing information to a billing server, and gets authorization(S302). After authorization, a user can use Internet connection(S303). When the user finishes using Internet, the mobile terminal sends finishing signal to the connection device, and the signal is sent to the control part, which makes the connection terminated. The billing information is output on LCD and the control part sends the billing information, which is encrypted, to the server, which release the dynamic IP, which is allocated when Internet connection has made, to be used in another mobile terminals(S304).
